❖ We do not allow loud music or noises. No music outdoors after 10 PM.
❖ Food orders must be received by 3.00 PM the previous day, to allow for
procurement of fresh supplies and preparation time.
❖ We suggest that dinner be served by 9.30 PM at the latest. For late service, food
can be made available in casseroles.
❖ Breakages or damage of home items will be charged on 'actuals'
❖ No smoking indoors
❖ A maximum of one female staff will be provided a bedding set, that can be used
to stay in any bedroom. Sleeping in areas other than bedrooms is not permitted.
❖ All male staff (drivers, PSOs) sleep arrangements can be made outside the villa,
at a nominal cost, and are not permitted to stay in the villa.
We will be happy to make these arrangements for you.
❖ Arrival after 2 Pm and Departures is before 11 am.
❖ Shared Home cook charges INR 1500 a night.
❖ INR 10,000 Refundable deposit mandatory for all bookings before arrival

Usage Guidelines
We request you adhere to Pool Timing
✔ Timings :7 am to 11 am and 4 pm and 7 pm.
✔ Max Capacity at a time is 6 Guests ( including children )
✔ Proper Swimwear is Mandatory
✔ Entering with clothes is Prohibited
✔ Food & Beverages consumption is strictly prohibited by poolside
✔ All diplayed Rules must be adhered to
✔ Pool closed for maintainance on Monday
✔ Please recheck if Pool is open as per season
✔Voilation of above Guidelines will attract a penalty of INR 10,000
