This charming little villa is the perfect destination for a family bonding holiday. The stylishly designed three-bedroom home, with lovely stone walls and a wooden staircase, is located in the hills of Nainital. Surrounded by two lush, green step gardens this little slice of mountain paradise is a great place to help leave behind the stresses of city life.

Spend your days being pampered by our in-house staff while you lounge on the terrace, spend the afternoons reading in the cosy living room or soak in the sun on the gazebo in the gardens. Take a day out to explore the Nainital hills and ask your in-house chef to prepare a barebeque, that will be waiting for you when you get home. If you prefer a more strenuous activity then nothing beats walking down to Sattal to do some light morning kayaking as first rays of sunlight bounce off the surface of the lake.   • The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at time of booking.

  • Please provide photo and address identification at the time of booking and arrival.

  • Parties, loud noises and loud music that disturb the neighbours are not permitted.

  • All our food is prepared fresh and as such will not be available on an immediate basis.

  • Request to follow swimming pool usage and dress guidlines.

  • Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged as ‘actuals’.

  • Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution and commercial activity, is not permitted.

  • No smoking in the rooms. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor common areas.

  • Please conserve water & electricity during your stay. Kindly switch off the electronics when not in use.

Location

 Driving Directions from Delhi

  • Get on to NH 9. We suggest using the Delhi-Noida-Delhi (DND) flyway and the Noida bypass flyover towards Ghaziabad. (Refer to Google Maps to find the best route for your group.)

  • Continue on NH 9. Take the Hapur bypass, Garhmukteswar bypass, and Moradabad bypass, towards Rudrapur.

  • At Indira Gandhi Chowk, cross Rudrapur and carry on straight towards Haldwani and Kathgodam.

  • From Kathgodam continue toward Bhimtal.

  • Cross Bhimtal lake on your right, and take a left towards Bhowali. In approximately 3KM you will reach Kutani.

  • From Kutani go head on down Bhowali-Bhimtal Road, cross iHeart Cafe and come onto the Kutani-Sattal Road (take a left).

  • Drive for another kilometer on this road and after you cross The Royal Court Hotel on your right, you should see Lenny’s Den come up ahead on your left.
